- A deposit of £495 per person for each tour is required to secure your booking of which 50% is non-refundable.

Balance of Payment The balance of the tour cost must be received no later than 75 days (2 1/2 months) prior to departure. Also at this time the reservation deposit becomes non-refundable.

Late Booking Booking made with 75 days of departure will only be accepted if full payment is received when booking.

Changes in Prices and Itineraries Prices quoted are based on exchange rates current at February 2011. To reflect significant fluctuations in exchange rates or the imposition of new government taxes that impact on the cost of providing a tour we reserve the right to adjust prices as may be necessary at any time. Accordingly, Ancient & Sacred Sites Tours in receiving any payment does not undertake the price payable will thereafter remain unchanged. Ancient & Sacred Sites Tours also reserves the right to amend or vary the itinerary or other services nominated in the tour brochure should circumstances warrant that such changes would be in the best interest of participants or any other operations reasons. The right is reserved to decline to accept any person or terminate any person’s participation in the tour at our own, discretion at any time during the course of the tour.

Cancellation Policy Once full monies have been paid, cancellation will incur a forfeit of 50% of the total fee paid. If cancellation occurs 60 days or less prior to the tour date no refund will be available. Unless you find a replacement for your place (in which case we will refund balance payment but your deposit will be forfeited.)

Refund Policy Ancient & Sacred Sites Tours receives the right to cancel any tour in which the minimum is not reached or for any other reason in which case no liability shall fall upon Ancient & Sacred Sites Tours. In this instance, participants’ payments will be refunded in full. No refund will be issued to those failing to join their tour, or for accommodation or any services not utilized, or for a partially completed tour.

Health and Fitness Ancient & Sacred Sites Tours involve activities which are designed to be enjoyed by anyone who is fit and healthy. If you have any reason to think that you may not be fit enough to undertake the tour, please seek medical advice.

Loss or Damage Ancient & Sacred Sites Tours does not accept responsible for any loss or damage to your luggage or personal property, nor for any loss, damage, delay, illness, fatality or other injury, suffered. Baggage and personal effects are at the participant’s risk at all times.

Injury or illness Participants agree that in the case or injury or illness Ancient & Sacred Sites Tours can, at a cost to the participant arrange medical treatment and emergency evacuation service as Ancient & Sacred Sites Tours deem essential for the participants’ safety.

Insurance You are required to take out travel insurance package to adequately cover unforeseen circumstances. The policy should cover personal accident and sickness, accidental loss of baggage and money, loss of deposit, payment or cancellation fees and curtailment expenses.

Exclusions This tour does not include airfares, passport or visa fees, taxes, travel and health insurance, telephone expenses, alcoholic beverages, excess baggage charges, tips and services not listed in the final itinerary and all items of a person nature.

Independent Supplies Ancient & Sacred Sites Tours shall be in no part held liable for any acts, omissions, failures or defaults on part of the persons or companies who at the request of Ancient & Sacred Sites Tours provide transport, accommodation or similar services or facilities. Also Ancient & Sacred Sites Tours does not own or manage any transportation vehicles, hotel or restaurants or any other supplier thereof.

Liability By accepting these terms you agree that neither Ancient & Sacred Sites Tours nor any representative shall be liable or under any obligation for any loss, injury or death, or damage to you or your belongings, or otherwise in connection with any accommodation, transportation or other services or directly or indirectly resulting from any circumstances beyond its/their control including, but not limited to, breakdown in equipment, strikes, theft, delay, hijacking, act or threat of war (whether declared or not) riots, civil strife, terrorist activity, industrial disputes, discharge dispersal, release or escape of pollutants, natural and nuclear disasters, fire, sickness, bad weather, technical or transportation problems, closure of stations or airports, cancellations or changes or changes of schedules by railways, air or bus lines or any other circumstances beyond Ancient & Sacred Sites Tours’ control amounting to force majeure and/or Act of God. I concur that the fore going shall be binding on me personally as well as on my heirs.

Accommodation and Meals Tour accommodation is based on two or three people sharing with either twin beds or double and single bed. A single room may be available but it will incur a single-supplement additional cost as per stated on each individual tour, and subject to availability. Meals included all breakfasts, but lunches and evening meals are as per itinerary for that particular tour.

Transport All transport within England or Ireland depending on what tour you have booked. This includes pickup and return to major airport (as advised) at the time of booking.

Workshops, Facilitators, Entrance Fees The tour price includes all facilitators, workshops and entrance fees as itinerary for that particular tour.

Photography and Film I hereby agree to permit Ancient & Sacred Sites Tours its agents and other participants to take pictures and made video or film records, without further approval or recourse, and I understand that I agree that such photographs and recording may be used for professional, com- mercial and promotional purposes.
Payment in term of deposit, partial or full payment, shall constitute consent that I have read, understand and accept the booking conditions of Ancient & Sacred Sites Tours.
