Bookings

  1. All tours are quoted in GBP pounds. You will require your  bank to send it by telegraphic transfer to issue  the deposit or final amount in GBP pounds.  Paying in GBP avoids currency rate fluctuations, ensuring you pay the correct amount.   Or, if you use credit card, I will ring you for credit card details and process it through World Pay it will appear on your credit card statement.  (As I have to pay charges to bank when the customer uses a credit card I have to add 2% the amount).

  2. If you wish to pay by credit card please tick box on booking form – I will ring you and obtain your credit card number over the telephone.

  3. Deposit of £495.00 is required on booking for the tour.  If you are booking after the final payment date, you would be required to pay the full amount of the tour.

    • The final amount is required by the date shown for each tour.

    • If you have chosen to have single supplement this is to be paid with the final payment.  

    • All monies I receive on your behalf go into a trust account.  I do not have access to them until the end of the tour.  You are covered by a Booking Guarantee Certificate which is issued by Travel Trust Association. 

    • As soon as you have booked, it is advisable to take travel insurance out – If you have not done so, it is advisable to take travel insurance.  If you reside in the UK,  Ancient Sacred Sites Tours can organise your travel insurance.

    • The tour commences at the Airport in the country where the tour is being conducted.  We will organise to pick up everyone, you will need to provide me information as to your arrival flight and departure flight.
    • It is advisable to obtain your Visa prior to departure, this depends on your nationality and countries we are visiting.
